I’ve been living at the Carter for over two years now. I love the proximity to Old Town Scottsdale, the on-site amenities and the tenant activities initiated by the new management team. I am comfortable and happy here. The main areas of improvement would be overall cleanliness of hallway carpets and trash collection. I heard that the carpets will be replaced so that will be great! Shout out to the friendly and helpful leasing office staff that make me and my doggy feel at home!

Jennifer and the Team at the Carter Apartments in Scottsdale hired La Vida Coffee + Oats to service their residents and it was a blast! Tenants were pleased and spoke highly of management there. They were easy to work with and very kind and welcoming. Looking forward to visiting them again. Inside the common areas were very clean and welcoming too! Great job!
