We have been living here for almost a year. We really love it! Faith was the best leasing agent. She made it feel like we were joining her own family :) We still feel like we could reach out to her at anytime for anything and be met with kindness and wonderful customer service! Our apartment is lovely and the maintenance team is EXCELLENT! We love the walking trail, being so close to town center, and having easy access to both I-5 and 405. Other tenants have different experiences, and I’m not sure exactly why. I will say, we have an attached garage so we don’t have to deal with parking (which is often a common complaint). Other complaints feel like they really could be true for any apartment complex. No place is perfect, but for us, this sure does come close! :)
