Emerald Cove is located in the 1960/Champions area. We are minutes from Willowbrook, I-45, The Woodlands and Beltway 8. We border the established Ponderosa subdivision and are in Spring ISD. Shopping and restaurants are just minutes away.

I am a little confused about the comments towards the front staff, i have worked with these ladies before and all of them are very professional. It seems to me that these people are not getting what they want, so the first thing they do is go bash the review box on google. (no life) Also, i have lived here for several years and i have no complaints. the price is awesome and i love my apartment. Rene and Barbara are very nice and go out of there way to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy where there at. As of the complex being raciest i do not no what they are talking about! Again these people are just not getting there way so they go cry to the google reviews. If your looking for a good place to live, i say go check them out!

I have been living here since 2017. My lease is up now. This is what my 30 day vacate notice is: Good evening I would sadly like to give my official 30 day notice. I will be moving out on 11/30/2020. I have enjoyed my stay here at Emerald Cove Apartments. I do not have any complaints, the office staff has always been nice and friendly (Jade) and ( Mrs Rene) those are the only two I really have every communicated with. Maintenance is great as well, I've never been ignored on any maintenance requests I have submitted since I've been here, and I've been living here since December 2017. I will miss you all. Take care and best wishes to you all.
