After living here for 3 years, I can give a fair and honest review of the property. Price/ location/ upkeep - The price for the apartment is great compared to other places. The apartment complex itself is hidden away in the back which is nice since it is not directly on the main road. There are stores close nearby and the interstate is only about 7 minutes away. They do very good job with the upkeep of the neighborhood. Staff - The staff has always been one of the main reasons I stayed so long. There are not a lot of places that you can go and they always know your name. Everyone in the office is friendly and polite. That is not a trait that you will find everywhere. Most places are friendly enough to get you to sign the lease and after that, they change. Not here. Maintenance - I have lived in their one bedroom apartments and in their two bedroom apartments. I have never had any major issues when it comes to Maintenanceso I am lucky for that. When I first moved in, you could put a request in to have something fixed and the next day it was done. Now it has taken longer to the point where I have had to follow up with a phone call or email to ensure it gets done. When I did have an issue like that, the property manager followed up with me. Parking - It sucks. There is no way to sugar coat that. But they have a parking program that has eliminated some of the hassle of parking. It still is not greatest. Noise - Besides the normal sounds of kids, there really isn't a noise issue here. The walls are a little thin but even with that being the case, you barely hear your neighbors. Bugs - They usually do a mandatory spraying every month or so. I have never had an issue with bugs inside my house. Overall, the community is a good one to live at. I would recommend it to anyone to be honest. The only reason that I am moving is because I want to be closer to my job which is in a different city. If I wasn't, I would renew my lease quickly.
