Calm, decently friendly environment. Management always willing to assist. Many families, so if you don't like the sound of kids, this may not be for you. However, they don't get too rowdy and only really get louder in the summer. Courtyard is pretty and it has an apple and avocado tree which is cool. Conveniently close to the Orange Line.
