Was a bumpy start but the new staff that came through have helped out alot maintenance is very helpful with contacting to schedule around my time and let's me know about how long it's going to take. Wish they had this new staff when I first arrived!

From the moment that I came to look at these apartments to potentially move in, I was helped by Xavier at the leasing office. He was very professional and completely transparent with me about what to expect and worked with me on finding a unit that was suited for me. The following weeks when I applied for the apartment, got approved and began the process to get everything set up to move in; he was very prompt and thorough. Considering what a large property this is and how busy they can get, he was on top of it. Any concern or question I had, he followed up within the same day and had it addressed. His character is very kind and considerate and that helped so much during this process. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and just how much he did to go above and beyond to help me get moved in and address every question I had. On top of the amazing experience I had with working with him, the unit he helped me move into was absolutely beautiful. It was in very good condition and there were some small concerns but when I brought it up to Xavier, it was taken care of THE SAME DAY! I am soooooo pleased with the quality of service Xavier gave me. I would highly recommend that if you move here to work with him. He’s amazing! September 13, 2024 : 1 year review, I absolutely loved living here. The team at Versailles always addressed every concern that I had throughout the entire year. They even helped me when I dropped an earring in the sink. They left me a note with a smiley face and it was so wholesome. They always made sure to follow through with any concern I had. The apartment I had was absolutely beautiful. I would have loved to stay longer but i can’t. If I ever need another apartment I will absolutely come back to this place. Definitely much more affordable than any apartments in the area and the garage was super safe. Absolutely love the team here and everyone always followed up delivered on their service. The members at the leasing office have always been very nice and patient considering how big the building is. The apartment is so beautiful and everyone at Versailles was awesome to work with during my one year of living here. The one bedroom apartment is so spacious
