I moved to Omaha from out of state. I lived in these apartments for 5 years, only moving out because I got married and we bought a house. I was sad to be leaving my nice apartment. The maintenance is unbelievably good. I never had to wait even 24 hours to get things fixed. I have recommended Broadmoor Apartments to everyone.

Great community! Quiet and secure. Spacious apartments! Having the garage attached to the unit makes this feel more like a house than an apartment. The staff, both office and maintenance are outstanding! The amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse) are great! All and all The Tradition is a great place to call home.
