I’ve lived at Le Palais for the past year, I really love that this apartment boasts some unique features including the French design, light colored tile floors that gives the place a very light feel and look, 3 closets in a one bedroom (unheard of), built in safe and home security included in your rent. Of course no apartment is worth it without proper customer service. I have dealt primarily with Manuel throughout my stay and I have to say he provides exemplary customer service everytime! Whether it’s help locating a package or to help me bring one to my place, answering questions or facilitating maintenance requests, he is there. If you call the office and they are on property, he will call you back even if you didn’t leave a message. He will always follow up even if you forget you made a request! Kudos to Manuel, he took my stay from great to awesome. I’m only leaving because I’m moving out of Texas! Thanks Manuel!!

I’ve been a resident at La Palais for over two years, and when Manuel joined the leasing team about a year into my stay, it was clear right away that he was a great addition. We don’t often acknowledge and praise people enough for the amazing work they do, but Manuel truly deserves it!
Automation has become prevalent in many sectors, including customer service, leading to fewer employees and less personal interaction. Many businesses depend on voicemail systems and remote work, which reduces direct communication. Manuel understands his expertise is an area where excellent customer service remains essential. He has a refreshing attitude, consistently demonstrates professionalism, and his sincere dedication to the residents is highly noticeable.
Even though I was already settled in when he joined La Palais, Manuel introduced himself and ensured that I was satisfied with my living experience in the community. Whenever I’ve needed assistance or had questions, he’s been incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to help. Manuel is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.
Manuel’s positive attitude and dedication to making residents feel valued has truly enhanced my experience here. I’ve been living here for a year, and I have largely positive impressions of the apartment complex. The amenities, such as the pool and gym, are consistently well-maintained, which enhances the living experience. I appreciate how responsive the management and repair staff are to any concerns or questions I have about my apartment.
The neighborhood is a real asset; it’s conveniently located close to downtown while still offering a quiet and safe environment. The parking garage and security features are also strong points, adding to the overall sense of safety. Also, the neighborhood and apartment are extremely quiet! Overall, it’s a great place to live!
