I love it here!!! The apartment is great perfect size for me. The management and staff are so unbelievably sweet and helpful. I feel safe here and they have been super accommodating for any concerns. They helped a ton getting my app processed in time and also just on the whole have been amazing since I moved in a couple of months ago.

I lived here for a year before I decided to move to a closer property for work, but I can tell you Haven is a great property. The management team is wonderful too. You can walk to the Super Target, restaurants, and even Kroger!! Let us not forget tailgating season for the Texans!! Nice and clean and only a few years old. There is a shuttle to the med center available as well which is super helpful if you work in the med center or are a patient from out of town. Yes there was some petty crime here and there (car break ins) but honestly that happens at EVERY property in the med center area. I don't think I have lived anywhere in the city of Houston did not have issues from time to time.
