I love living here at Waterstone. I love the proximity to downtown Culver, the freeway, and the metro expo line. The entire staff is so friendly and ways to work with. Maintenance quickly completes repairs after you report them. The inside of the apartments are very nice. The rent prices are fair for the area and comparable with the rent prices of other not as nice apartments. I love the rooftop pool area and BBQ grills in the common area. Street parking in the area for a guest can be difficult, but that's the only downside I can think of and it's not unusual for LA. I highly recommend Waterstone at Metro to everyone.

I lived at Waterstone throughout 2019 but moved away last summer due to needing to leave LA for a new job. Besides loving the residence and amenities, I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Waterstone. They were extremely accommodating while I lived there, and Paco has been amazing even as a former tenant. He recently helped me out by holding a package for me which I had mistakenly delivered to my previous address. I highly recommend considering Waterstone as your next home and thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent there.
