I love living here at Waterstone. I love the proximity to downtown Culver, the freeway, and the metro expo line. The entire staff is so friendly and ways to work with. Maintenance quickly completes repairs after you report them. The inside of the apartments are very nice. The rent prices are fair for the area and comparable with the rent prices of other not as nice apartments. I love the rooftop pool area and BBQ grills in the common area. Street parking in the area for a guest can be difficult, but that's the only downside I can think of and it's not unusual for LA. I highly recommend Waterstone at Metro to everyone.

I lived at Waterstone throughout 2019 but moved away last summer due to needing to leave LA for a new job. Besides loving the residence and amenities, I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Waterstone. They were extremely accommodating while I lived there, and Paco has been amazing even as a former tenant. He recently helped me out by holding a package for me which I had mistakenly delivered to my previous address. I highly recommend considering Waterstone as your next home and thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent there.
I've been living at the Waterstone for about 2 months and I can easily say that this is the best place I've lived in my 5 years in LA. The application process was very clear cut, COVID conscious, and Rita, the building Manager has very high touch communication.
Things I appreciate to date:
- Work requests are taken care of very promptly
- Parcel pending services and a package / bike area only accessible to tenants with keys
- Either Building Manager or Leasing Manager seem to be on site ALL THE TIME! They've been there every single time I've needed anything
- Extreme consciousness around COVID. The public spaces are cleaned, taken care of, and the management are consistently updating what our access is to the public spaces (pool, hot tub, gym) based on what legal guidelines are
Great location for anyone looking to take the metro or get on the 10 quickly.
I'm very happy I moved into Waterstone and you'll be very lucky to live here too.

This apartment complex is just as amazing as it seems!! The complex is beautiful, very well kept and clean, the individual apartments are spacious and modern. John and Paco (property managers) go above and beyond to make sure moving in and living at Waterstone goes smoothly. I'm very happy I chose to live here and have absolutely no regrets.

I feel comfortable living in Waterstone. It's quiet, clean and everything works. What I emphasise the most is the attention of the administration and especially the kindness and availability of Jasmine, it really makes my house a better place.
We have been at Waterstone for the last 3+ years and can say it’s been one of the best/easiest places to live! We love the walkable location, bbq patio area, and the dog-friendly community; in the past, they’ve also invited food trucks to post up in front of the building for a night for the residents to try.
Repairs are resolved quickly; even if some requests need more time we often hear follow ups so we know it’s top of mind. ALL of staff and management are friendly and helpful. Garrett and Jazmine are always super accommodating and great to work with whenever we need anything. Our dog loves to visit them every morning to say hi, especially when they have treats around!
Overall we’ve loved living here and can’t recommend Waterstone enough ❤️

We lived here for a year and were super happy with the apartment, common areas (BBQ & pool) and the managers. Paco was always helpful, and both the move-in and move-out were handled very professionally. The building is recently renovated and very well maintained - all areas are cleaned regularly. Really no complaints.

We've been at Waterstone for about 1.5 months now and have loved it. Communication was strong from touring the unit to signing the lease. Everything was clear and expectations were met.
We had the pleasure of working with John throughout the process and could not be happier with his service. His welcoming and helpful attitude made the apartment hunting process seamless and enjoyable. Can honestly say that it has been great living here.
