I haven't moved in yet, but I have put down a deposit on an apartment. The grounds are very clean and look very well maintained. Laundry facility was huge! It was very clean and comfortable. All of the other amenities regarding common resident areas were very nice. I have been to this location twice now and I have seen the gates in working order. In fact I have looked at several different complexes in and around the Houston area in the same price range and this location is by far the nicest and the safest I have felt. Which is very important to me and to my very young son. The apartment I viewed, which is the one I will be residing in, was beautiful. Everything looked new and clean. This may sound strange, but it smelled good! Which was very unique in regards to other units I have viewed at other complexes. I have spoke to a few people in the office on the phone and in person and myself and my little boy have been treated with the upmost respect. I always felt very comfortable as everyone has been very personable and easy to talk to. I realize I don't live here yet. But so far I am extremely excited about The Reserve @ 63. I have viewed 11 different units at other complexes but the unit at the Reserve stood out by a landslide. The general area and the grounds have far exceeded their competition as well.

Very clean apartments with excellent tenant service. Carmen from leasing office did everything she could, and more, to make my family welcomed when we moved in. She has an amazing personality and offered us a lot of help that made our transition very smooth. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being excellent, I give her 20! The same goes for the rest of the friendly staff at the leasing office.
