Worked with me when I needed to move in an expedited fashion! Great rates for South Austin! A few new installation/breaking-in issues with the refurnished appliances/cabinets but super responsive and prompt at addressing any issues (which also may have been a bit self-inflicted due to the speed of moving in). Love the valet trash and the greenhouse like window that just begs for a mini garden! Really nice back balcony on the upper apartments!

Been here for 1 year now, really enjoy the space and if they keep the price the same I could see myself here many years to come. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 2nd floor, huge balcony, nice bay window that plants love. I do wish there were covers for the back patios, but that’s just me being picky. Newly renovated, nice big kitchens. If I have any issues, the office handles them very quickly to ensure everything is perfect. When I first moved in, I had Amazon deliver my mattress a week before I moved in and the office made sure they didn’t get stolen. Maintenance crew mainly speak Spanish and I only speak English, but they are the nicest people and work super quick and efficient. Location is nice and in a quiet neighborhood, never have any issues with noise or neighbors, everyone seems pretty down to earth and respectful.
