Equipped to handle in-unit laundry with kenmore elite front loading washer & dryer. Counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms are corion. Preference for those who want 1 garaged parking for additional $300 - tho not deal breaker. 6 visitor parking lots make friends want to visit with you (overnight parking in visitor lots is prohibited). 1 block from dolores park and 3 blocks from castro. all muni trains converge at castro station making public transportation to downtown very convenient. There is no a/c so occupants will have to bear with san francisco summer heat for about 2 weeks every year. Pets are not preferred so as to reduce the risk of annoying neighbors (owner in unit below wakes up at 345am daily to goto work). You will not regret living here. Showings are scheduled for 3/1/26 onwards, for couple weeks. Unfortunately due to overwhelming requests, I will only be able to schedule tours to applicants Pre-Qualified via Hemlane.
