Located on a quiet street just a 2 minute walk from Edward Vincent Jr. Park, this quiet complex has off street parking, patio area with tables and chairs, and a large grassy common area surrounded by trees. Pictures are from another unit in the building that has been renovated and we plan to do the same with this unit. Renovated unit has quartz counters, glass tile backsplash, and new LVP flooring, so pictures are from similar unit w/ identical layout in the same building. One parking space is included. Second space available for $75/month.
