We are a quick walk from Google and Amazon, and from all that Seattle downtown has to offer, including the Science Center, live theatre and restaurants, the Arboretum, and water areas. We have studio, 1, and 2-bedroom apartment homes. Our units are a great value, featuring open floor plans, large windows with natural light, modern kitchens, full size washer and dryer, and select homes with private balconies and stunning views of South Lake Union, Gas Works Park, and the Space Needle. Our community features a rooftop deck with panoramic city and water views, secure controlled access, and a pet-friendly environment.
