The Atrium is hands down the most enjoyable place we have ever lived. Everything is well maintained and hassle free. The views in the units are beautiful and the rooftop is quite literally the best view in the city. We also loved the floor plans with a ton of storage for urban apartments. The on-site managers are so kind in addition to being responsive, thorough, and professional. The restaurants and businesses on the block bring this quiet neighborhood to life. We only moved to make room for our growing family. The Atrium truly is a gem!!

Fine, but consider alternatives. Bedrooms lack privacy (windows into hallway). Proximity to ports (sea and air) means poorer air quality than northern seattle. No AC means you need to install your own. Street noise from cars is high. Not much of a neighborhood commercially, but quiet can be good for some (minus street noise from cars and busses). Finishings are fine, not great, typical cheap multifamily construction/maintenance of the last decade. Property management is great: considerate and responsive. Rooftop view is nice. Heyday restaurant is good.
