These apartments are nice for what they are. They keep them pretty clean. I had been here for years, and the area started pretty bad but with all the new stores and stuff going in across the street, it really has turned for the better. There are a few apartment options on this corner, and I think all the buildings are owned by the same people - not that it matters. Overall the experience was good. The rent was reasonable and the units were what you would expect.

I was encouraged by the quality of the manager onsite. Robert has alway's been quick to respond to my emails or service requests. When I moved in the apartment was really clean too, so that was a big plus! I've moved into other places before and you can see traces of the previous renters which is totally gross. All in all I'm a happy tenant here, and my job is only about 10 minutes away so that really helps on gas too.
