Patio space is a unique part of these apartments and one of the biggest draws for me. Payment and maintenance is easy through an online portal. The manager also lives on the property. Also, in spite of being close to interbay and Dravus st. traffic, it's really quiet inside of the apartment.

Really enjoy living in this community. Our apartment and patio are beautiful, the neighborhood is lovely, and our property manager Beti is a rockstar who makes calling the Tempo Apartments home a joy :)
