We are located walking distance to high-end shopping at the Third Street Promenade and are only a few blocks from the iconic Santa Monica Pier. Enjoy our rooftop patio with heated pool and jacuzzi or take in the latest flick in our screening room with stadium seating. Reserved underground parking is also available.

My experience at 425 Broadway has been simply unparalleled. I can not express enough gratitude for Elijah and his overall concern for the well-being of his tenants. Any questions I have ever had over the past few months of my residency have been addressed and answered in a manner I completely understood. In a community with many tenants and responsibilities, I have noticed Elijah always finds a way to ensure everyone goes home happy. Again, I want to thank Elijah and his co-workers for all of their help.

I just moved in to 425 Broadway and I absolutely love it so far! The building is in the fantastic location (4 blocks away from the beach!) the apartment is nice and quiet with Central AC (which is really important for me to keep the place nice and cool!), the pool on the 5th floor is a nice luxury to have where you live and just the vibe of the property is amazing! Also, I’d like to thank the Team here at 425 Broadway for helping me out so promptly and professionally with my move in! The experience was above and beyond and Kevin and Elijiah totally met my expectations that I had for this property and Equity Residential overall - thank you guys!! I appreciate your help with everything! If you’re considering a place to call home in Santa Monica - I highly recommend you consider 425 Broadway Apartments - the building, the location and the team are top notch! Thank you, - Ross Jacobs
