My experience at 425 Broadway has been simply unparalleled. I can not express enough gratitude for Elijah and his overall concern for the well-being of his tenants. Any questions I have ever had over the past few months of my residency have been addressed and answered in a manner I completely understood. In a community with many tenants and responsibilities, I have noticed Elijah always finds a way to ensure everyone goes home happy. I just moved in to 425 Broadway and I absolutely love it so far! The building is in the fantastic location (4 blocks away from the beach!) the apartment is nice and quiet with Central AC (which is really important for me to keep the place nice and cool!), the pool on the 5th floor is a nice luxury to have where you live and just the vibe of the property is amazing! Also, I’d like to thank the Team here at 425 Broadway for helping me out so promptly and professionally with my move in! The experience was above and beyond and Kevin and Elijiah totally met my expectations that I had for this property and Equity Residential overall - thank you guys!! I appreciate your help with everything! We moved to this place just earlier this month and it already feels like our new home! The location is perfect as it is within 10 min walk to the beach and the Promenade is right around the corner. I was initially concerned about possible noise as our windows face Broadway, but once all the doors and windows are closed, it gets really quiet. Lastly, I wanted to mention our wonderful experience with the leasing team. It’s been a pleasure working with Elijah! He is very welcoming, accommodating, and professional. If I have any concern, it’s always addressed in a timely manner.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sergio, our maintenance man, during the upgrade of our washer and dryer, and I can’t express enough how grateful we are for his help. From the very beginning, Sergio was incredibly communicative, keeping us informed at every step of the process. He took the time to answer all our questions and address any concerns we had, making what could have been a stressful situation feel seamless.

Sergio/Javier are the best - whenever I have an issue (which is rarely) in my unit, they are so communicative and timely and make sure I know all of the details about what needs to be done and what caused the issue. Sergio/Javier have even preemptively made repairs to make sure I am happy in my home. I’m lucky to have them here! Thank you
