I stayed here for a while and was in a Studio. It was a pretty big studio and the amenities were very modern as well as the design. If you're looking to live in Cap Hill it's right next to all the night life so it's a great choice. The apartment manager is super responsive as well and it never took long for maintenance request.

I had to make a sudden and unexpected relocation from overseas to Seattle and had an excellent experience with Bonavista and Felix Flats. At every step they we're very helpful. I chose Felix Flats because it looked like a great location to live without a car and so far that seems to be the case. The unit is also very nice--its actually better than I had imagined it to be when I signed the lease before arriving.
