Only been here a week but loving it here so far Leasing was quick and painless, Aaron is a blessing. Location is great since it's close enough to downtown to be accessible on foot and far enough to be blissfully ignorant of the violence. Right next to some gorgeous parks and plenty of cafes/restaurants. I've never seen anyone at the rooftop but it's a lovely one, closes at 11p though. Garage seems safe enough, I've been keeping my car empty just to be safe. Elevator is a little slow, they have garbage chutes and Amazon hub lockers for packages. My apartment (1b loft) is fantastic, fell in love soon as I first took a look at it. Plenty of space and a small balcony, I haven't heard my neighbors yet aside from their cat yelling but I think my cat likes the company. Maintenance quickly repaired my microwave's broken handle.

All the staff here at Metro On First are very professional, especially Alexis, Aelin, and Paul. They always provide prompt responses and solutions in a timely manner. However, I have seen people allowing their dogs to urinate at both entrances. This makes me feel sick when I pass through the front gate every day. I hope this issue can be improved by Metro On First
