This is my third Liv property that I've had the pleasure of calling home and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience over the last 3 1/2 years. I have made wonderful memories here. My favorite aspect of the community is the 24 hour amenities. With my long working hours, there is nothing better than being able to enjoy them at my own convenience. When needed, the office is very responsive and the maintenance team is equally attentive. Plus my neighbors are quiet and incredibly friendly, which I really appreciate.

I lived here for six months and enjoyed my stay entirely! The pools and gym were places I took advantage of tremendously. All amenities were open 24 hours, which I haven't found anywhere else. I LOVED that there was a Pelaton in the gym! The people in the office were always so nice, helpful, and welcoming. They helped spread the community aspect by regular happy hours and activities throughout! I miss it and am considering moving back when my current lease is up.
