The Village at Brighton Place is a residential community with 53, single level, single family, 3 bedroom and 2 bath homes. Each home includes a private fenced rear yard, a full single car garage and a tandem 2-car driveway. A front porch that can hold full size furniture is included with each home. Brighton Place includes beautiful, traditional architecture. Each home at Brighton Place is designed to be unique and different from neighboring homes. These homes feature 10' flat ceilings, beautiful kitchens and baths with white cabinets, hard flooring throughout and granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths. All appliances, including washer, dryer, refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher and garage door opener come with each home. Windows are covered with white, wood, 2" blinds. This is a great place to live! My place is very spacious, and has the benefits and feeling of living in a house, instead of traditional apartment living. Teri, the property manager, is fantastic to work with and really cares about the tenants and property.
