Best apartment complex I've been in so far. They attend your service requests very quickly. You can contact them so easily via email or calling. They have carpet which they clean for you every 6 months. They replace carpet for every new resident. The pool and hot tub is heated during winter time and maintained everyday. complimentary pest control comes every Monday if you need it. They have a water filter machine at the office, a pool table, nice lounge, free water and sewage, renters insurance not required. They use SRP electric(super cheap). And you wont pay more than 850 for rent for 2b 2b. Its super cheap! DUDE! I LOVE THIS PLACE! Seriously, you can't find a better place. The only things that I could do without is that anybody is permitted to smoke in their apartments which seeps into your apartment and makes all your clothes smell like smoke even though you are not a smoker. Trust me, it will happen to you. But with all the pros here, it is totally worth it!
