This review specifically refers to Miss Catheryn Hatchett. She was the leasing agent showing me the apartment a year ago when I was first moving to Boston. Miss Hatchett has been nothing but extremely helpful and kind, assisting me with all particularities regarding USA renting process (as I was moving from Europe). Throughout the process (application, moving prep) Catheryn has been so supportive and always very quick to respond. I would not have gotten the apartment I fell in love with if it wasn’t for Catheryn and her quick and efficient assistance. Since the move in date I have also been able to turn to Catheryn anytime I needed assistance with anything related to the apartment. I feel well taken care of and I really appreciate having someone like her on the other side. Thanks so much, Catheryn, for making my USA renting experience seamless!
