My fiance and I recently moved to Briarwood because of the location and we are not disappointed. These apartments are close to everything you could want from a nice dinner at a delicious new restaurant to bowling with friends. It is even right by the grocery store and pet store! However, despite the location being the draw-in factor for these apartments, it is the staff that makes living here so great. The two best words to describe the staff (both in office and maintenance) are friendly and timely. Whenever I see any of the staff they always have a smile on their face and warm hello! I love how quick they are to get things taken care of and cleaned up. This includes snow removal/clean up which is always started and nearly before I even leave for work which is around 6-7am. They are also wonderful at communication. Every time they have a contractor coming or need to be in our apartments they send out text messages in advance and have signs posted. I always feel like I know what is going on. I also feel valued as a resident. They always have some kind of gathering or party to help us feel at home in our Briarwood community. I definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a solid place to call home.

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex and their staff! I moved into a 1 bedroom apartment at Briarwood by Broadmoor in May 2021. I lived here a year and a half and then decided to move in with my significant other in Elkhorn.The apartments are pet friendly and I had an amazing pool view that my cat loved to watch in the summertime. The office and maintenance staff were PHENOMENAL! The office staff always greeted me with a smile when I needed to pick up a package or refill my laundry card! I rarely had issues with my apartment but when I did maintenance was there the next day and the issue was solved. The amenities were my favorite thing about living here though. The pool was so fun and everyone I’ve ever interacted with by the poolside was incredibly kind. I will miss living at Briarwood! If you came here looking for a reason to make this apartment complex your new home you can’t go wrong with Briarwood!!
