We have absolutely loved our stay at Chelsea Square - the complex manager, Bobby Bolanos was absolutely amazing from the very first time reaching out, answering all of our questions through the process. Our move-in was incredibly stress free and seamless, we were able to do it all outside of business hours, which was very convenient. The location is great - within a few short minutes from a ton of great restaurants and bars. It is also right next to the transit center for public transportation to Seattle. We also appreciated the Sammamish River Trail being only a few blocks away. There are a lot of choices for apartment living in Redmond, but for us Chelsea Square was perfect!

Apply online and use code to open the door and gate. I moved in on August 20th, all the things inside are alright. The house facing direction and layout are carefully chosen and designed. Assistant Community Manager Bobby Bolanos handles things very clearly and efficiently. Packages are delivered in front of the door no matter how heavy and big they are. Neighbours are very friendly and no noises. Resident portal is so helpful that almost all the things associated with the apartment can be done here. Still, residents can sell and send out household things on it. The apartment is both quiet and safe. Still the rent price is very reasonable. It's convenient to access all the services in the Redmond downtown. This high quality apartment sees so many problems of living and solves them very well.
