Welcome to Pegasus Townhomes! We offer 7 individual homes with incredibly high 20 foot ceilings and rooftop decks. Inside each home is a full size dining and living room, 2 stainless steel refrigerators, and an in-unit washer/dryer! These modern rooms are perfect for students, with a private garage and a large driveway in addition to the open street parking. The furnished rooftop deck overlooks all of Los Angeles, including the famous Hollywood Sign! We also have brand new apartments available! These 2 bedroom 1 bathroom units are a great size and can accommodate 2-3 people. We provide furniture and new appliances for the common area and kitchen as well as an in-unit washer/dryer. Utilities (except wifi) will be managed by us and billed back to you. The apartment’s fully furnished rooms and proximity to campus make it a great option for students!
