Aspen Lofts and the Brand New Aspen West are situated in a convenient Southwest Omaha, Nebraska location and features studio apartments, one and two bedroom loft apartments for rent. There are six different loft floor plans and seven Aspen West floor plans to choose from at Aspen Lofts.

My experience at Aspen Lofts has gone really well! I moved in back in July. From the very start when I met with the property manager, Mariel, I felt as though I could trust her, which has been extremely important to me as this is my first time renting anywhere! Mariel has been so kind and easy to communicate with. I genuinely feel like she always has my best interests in mind as well as my neighboring residents. She's very professional when I've come to her with any concerns. The maintenance guy, Mike, has also been super cool and easy to communicate with! Him and Mariel work well together and are very responsive to any issues that arise (as we know all apartments have issues! It's just a matter of how staff handles them, and I really appreciate the staff here!) The only issues I've ever truly experienced are with residents that haven't always followed the rules of the lease agreement, which has sometimes led to scary situations. Both Mariel and Mike have been extremely reliable when it comes to professionally solving these problems and I believe it has helped calm tensions. I will say, most all of the rest of my neighbors are so kind and easy to talk to! I appreciate how welcoming they've been, and how helpful they've been in some general situations. One of my biggest fears as a first time renter / in apartment living, was not having a reliable leasing agent / property manager. But Mariel has proven each and every time that residents are safe to come to her with concerns and find reasonable resolutions for anyone involved, while still having all parties involved abide by lease agreements. I genuinely feel like I could continue living here for awhile, especially under Mariel's management, and Mike's "maintaining", lol. The property itself I also feel is well kept. In the summer the pool was (is) cleaned regularly and landscaping came (comes) through regularly. In the winter maintenance came out and shoveled and when I emailed the office concerns of snow removal during a hefty storm, we were met with a bobcat clearing snow where it could in the parking lot / parking stalls. (It's also a matter of giving maintenance grace and time to clean any and all properties they're assigned to! You guys are SO appreciated!) We had some buildings with main water pipes that froze, and unfortunately a frozen water main(?), but maintenance worked quickly to fix it all (as well as M.U.D.((?)) ) and everything was taken care of (I feel) in a timely manner. The inside of the units I've been in have had nice updated appliances, structurally sound counter tops and cupboards, and regularly changed furnace filters, pest control check ins, etc. I've also worked with emergency maintenance, and the lady who came to assist me was a total sweetheart and very professional! I share all of this because this has been reality and I am satisfied with how any of these situations have been handled! Problems arise anywhere in any home or apartment. What really matters is how efficiently these problems are handled and I trust that under the team at Aspen Lofts, I can continue to have faith in them with any future concerns, big or small (: Thank you Mariel, Mike and friends!

Adorable, quite, and cozy Mariel and Mike are great to work with. Just like owning a home, maintenance issues will arise. When there is a problem, the staff at Aspen lofts make sure the issue is rectified in a timely fashion and best of all, they continuously keep an open line of communication. Once my lease was up, I upgraded to a larger space on property and couldn't be happier.
