The team at Allee is amazing! Such a welcoming and impressive tour. The property itself is tucked away in a charming, convenient location with gorgeous amenities and common areas. I could definitely see myself living here!

Luxury to the max! Brand new multi building community on the banks of the Charles River is Newton. Bonus if you are a McDonald's fan, because Micky D is right around the corner!!

The staff have been incredibly kind and caring. Our 3 year old daughter thinks of Milina and Lilah and Hailee as her best friends and constantly wants to visit so she can "work" as part of the leasing team. The only blip in our experience were several night time fire alarms in early December. Update: It's been a few months since the false fire alarms and it seems like the issue has been fixed. Staff continues to be great, so I've updated my review.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Hayley from the maintenance team at Allee! She recently helped me with a freezer issue, and her professionalism and quick action were truly commendable. Although there were a few technical hiccups along the way, Hayley remained calm and provided constructive suggestions throughout the process. She was always prompt, efficient, and made sure the issue was fully resolved in a timely manner. I'm really grateful for her dedication and the excellent service she provided. Thank you, Hayley, for making my experience so positive!

Moving in here has been the best experience so far, I love the complex, my neighbors are kind and friendly, and Lilah who showed me the apartment has been incredibly nice and helpful! This place is a hidden gem! Very quiet and beautiful!
