View at the Lake is conveniently located near Federal Way High School and features an abundance of shopping and dining opportunities within walking distance. We have 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes. Our apartment homes are a great value, featuring a private patio or balcony, spacious and open floor plans, while select units feature wood flooring, granite counter tops, and/or stainless-steel appliances. Our community features a property manager on site with 24-hour maintenance, assigned parking, covered parking (select units), and a laundry facility in each building.
