Private bedrooms in a spacious and fully remodeled historic home near USC - Available August 10, 2024! (If you’re looking to live with friends, 1325 W. Adams has several bedroom floor plans of various sizes available that range from $995 to $1,595 per month. You can even share!) 1325 W. Adams has a large furnished back patio for our residents to enjoy reading, studying, al fresco dining and relaxing with friends. The kitchen is massive with three refrigerators and all that you need to create awesome meals or just reheat as much take-out as your heart desires. When it’s time to watch the Trojans play, use the living room to seat everyone, and the dining room to hold the whole spread, both are fully furnished. We know parking is tough, so our residents enjoy FREE onsite gated parking. You can also store your bike or scooter safely in the back patio. 1325 W. Adams is safely within the USC DPS Patrol Zone. Ralphs is across the street, making grocery shopping for your tailgate or party a breeze. Want something to eat or craving a margarita? La Barca, as well as several other great restaurants, are a short walk away. Campus is easily accessible on foot or by bike. 1325 W. Adams is managed by a local USC Alumni family who strive to create housing options that weren’t available when they were students. We aren’t a faceless management company that views students as an account number, we are Trojans creating spaces for other Trojans. We are currently making improvements to the property to get it clean and fresh for our next round of residents, we will post more pictures as they become available. We can’t wait to help make 1325 W.
