Ample parking, large apartment homes, private patios and beautiful landscaping are just some of the things that we love about this property.

@Updated: I had the below problem when I just moved in but I see it is improved since mostly 2year I stay here. Nice place, nice neighborhood. ......... I believe the property managers need to be trained well. They gave me wrong information before I signed the contract and also didn't guide me well. When I moved to the apartment, I didn't know that I need to create the account with the Pudgest Sound Energy for Electronic. If I won't create account, I will be penalty by building management $50 monthly. When I found out I was charged higher than the utility bill and rental fee, I called them and ask them why the number is higher and how about the electronic bill. The manager that time called Michelle told me that just pay what website charge and don't need to worry about other. After 2 months, I paid $50 penalty (because I don't know I need to setup Electronic account), then new manager told me I need to setup my account with Electronic company. Then after setting up, I found out the building manager charged me and penalty me but they didn't pay for Electronic company and now Electronic company keeps billing me. I sent email to Building Manager to ask but they didn't answer except I went to the management office directly and asked face to face.
