Tenants are responsible for all utilities and are required to carry a renter’s insurance policy. Yard maintenance is included in the rent. Tam o'Shanter amenities are not included in the cost of rent. If the tenant wants access to the pool, golf course, and other communities facilities then there will be an additional monthly fee on top of rent. Pet Screening is required by all applicants regardless of pet ownership. The Pet Screening fee is $25 per pet/year.
