Ever since I moved in, I've had no issues. Management is very professional. Maintenance is extremely great. They respond promptly. Apartment unit looks exactly as in the picture. Very quiet and safe.

Pros of living here: The maintenance technician is quick to respond, and solves issues. Cons of living here: Be prepared for them to deduct "move out processing fees" from your security deposit, and for what's left of it, hold on to your security deposit and repeatedly insist that they've already mailed it out, only to later admit they never did. The noise levels in this apartment are ungodly. The walls are paper thin, and as a result, if your neighbor to the sides of you, above you, or under you sets an alarm, be ready to wake up. There is next to no parking, despite saying they have 2 dedicated lots. There's 14 or so Apartments in the complex, and 7 parkings spaces. Be ready to park a block or 2 away Laundry takes 4-6 hours because of the insanely inefficient 2 in 1 washer dryers, and if you need bedding or anything else bulky washed, be ready to go to the nearby laundromat. You'll also be charged a move in fee, common area fees (for a tiny courtyard that isn't maintained [there was silly string outside my apartment for over 6 months crusted into the wooden support pillars]), and they reserve the right to increase trash/sewer fees on you in the middle of your lease without your consent. All in all, just pick a different complex (not run by Urban Village) with a different "property specialist".
