Plenty of space for a dining area as well as a comfortable entertainment set up. Both bedrooms are a good size, have large closet space, and receive natural light. The primary bedroom is larger and also has an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks and a stand up shower. The other bathroom has a tub. Both bathrooms are updated with tasteful modern finishes. The apartment has in unit washer and dryer, as well as central HVAC. The building has keyless front door access, a common area lobby/workspace, bike storage room, designated trash room, and an on site dog area with seating. Located in the East Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, the building offers easy access to local restaurants, cafes, breweries/pubs, shops, and much more. Easy access to the MFL and all major roadways, as well as Fishtown/Northern Libs and Center City. Residents responsible for electric and monthly water fee ($50 per month/2 bed). We are pet friendly with non-refundable $250 fee. Only two month's rent to move in! Security deposit and first month’s rent required for move in. $40 application fee, per application.
