I haven't been here long but when I needed some minor things fixed, they got taken care of pretty fast. Ricky was helpful and answered my questions while he was there. He did a good job too and seems friendly.

My move to Columbia Trails has been been such a good experience! From the leasing office, Nathan, Randi, and Kate, answerimg my tons of questions, they have been so professional while exhibiting a care for people you don't find any more. And even though I haven't needed them, I have met the Maintenance team here as well. Matt, Joe, and Ricky, have introduced themselves to me and to check to see if I was happy with my apartment. They also wanted to make I knew how to put in service request should I ever need to. All of the residents I have met have nothing but kudos for all the employees here at Columbia Trails.
