I have been blessed to live here for almost 3 years now and there are pros and cons as is with anywhere you live. One must make the best of any situation and not allow the negative to rule their life. This location is great, within walking distance to imagination station and Reynolds high school for children with a great nature trail near the water towers. It is also within walking distance to McMenamins Edgefield if you explore the nature trail at the backside of the mini golf course which is also another great nature walk for young and old. I love how quiet it is and we don't have to worry much about violent crimes like in other areas around town. The management is super responsive and resourceful when one has a complaint or problem. Maintenance is super awesome and quick to fix anything that needs to be fixed. The grounds are kept in tip-top condition. Great amenities, close to the gorge if you are an avid nature enthusiast with hiking trails and state parks with disc golf courses, within minutes away. Shopping and restaurants are also conveniently close by. Great experience thus far!

I’ve been at Eagle ridge apartments on 242 for a little over a year now. I love it here it’s quiet the people I live around are pretty nice. The Community Manager Jessica is the office is amazing she is so very sweet, So helpful with anything I’ve needed help with or questions I’ve had she is such a big help. There are near by grocery stores, Restaurants, Food carts, Gas stations. I personally have no complaints about these apartments.
