I’m home! I love my spacious, upgraded apartment with all the amenities I required. The complex is gated, quiet and close to stores, etc. Ariel, the manager, is very friendly and helpful in the entire process from application through move-in and very knowledgeable. As well as the friendly maintenance staff when I had a couple of minor issues, they attended to them timely and made sure done to my satisfaction.

I have lived here at First Street Station for over 14 years and would highly recommend. Having the parking lot gated does add a layer of protection and a sense of security. It's annoying when people leave large items near the dumpster that don't belong there or they dump garbage in the wrong bins. However, it's really a great community. Quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this complex.
