Keller and Randy made our move-in to The Terrace at River Oaks utterly seamless. Even now, over a month later, if we have a question or concern, it is addressed right away and with clarity. This is a very easy building to live in, with a well-thought out building design and amenities that are very useful for people in our age bracket. The abundant seating in the community areas is a pleasant touch, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. We are so happy there was a vacancy in the timeframe we needed.

I have toured quite a few retirement communities and apartments and I have to say that the Terrace at River Oaks had everything I wanted in an over 55 apartment, including the wonderful assistant manager, Keller; she was very welcoming and personable. I actually went over there several times to take my son and friend of mine, and each time she was more than willing to show us every wonderful detail of this complex, from the lovely one, and two bedroom apartments to all of the amenities. Unfortunately, I’m not able to move right now but this will be the number one place I go when and if I’m able to move. Thank you, Keller!
