I’ve lived at the groves for a little over a year now and have had an exceptional time here compared to other apartment complexes in Gresham! Staff is very friendly, helpful and communicative, and the maintenance guy Dan is always there to help with a smile!

Since the management change a few years ago I can honestly say The Groves is such a delightful place to live. Maintenance requests get filled next business day, phones get answered and emails returned. The Groves use to have such a bad rep due to old management, location and previous tenants that I had the displeasure of knowing but the pleasure of watching leave. The Groves is now a safe place for kids to play soccer in the grass, a happy place to walk your dog and overall a positive environment to live. I’m sad to leave in the next month, I’ve been there for over 5 years. Give it a chance, you may love it! Much love to Aliyah in the office, I have a special place in my heart for her and Brittany and the maintenance team.
