This review is strictly concerning a recent maintenance request. I submitted two requests recently through a text with Sarah, which is a new way of submitting requests that was set up recently. I love not having to deal with formal requests on paper or a website/app. So much easier! Sarah is also very personable. She responded the same morning and submitted my requests. Mike showed up the next day (after calling first, though I missed it) and quickly fixed both of my issues, which I expected to take much longer. Overall, I’m very pleased and, in fact, impressed with the professionalism, response time, and efficiency used in dealing with my requests. Thank you very much Sarah and Mike!
