I have been living here for 2 years now, and to sum up my experience so far; it’s been nothing short of great. Rent is extremely affordable, especially considering how well managed and beautiful the apartment complex and apartment itself is, not to mention the amenities we get to enjoy (W/D in unit, and playground) Shannon has been a very pleasant manager to “deal with”, she’s always friendly and on top of her management game! What I mean by that, is she takes very good care of this complex and it’s tenants. As for the other two ladies I’ve seen in the office, they’re great too! The maintenance guy is also really friendly, and has been great with repairs I’ve needed since we’ve been living here. I absolutely love this community as a whole, from management, & staff all the way down to my neighbors. This is a place I feel comfortable living, and raising my 3 small children at. Another plus is the area, we’re close to grocery stores, restaurants and tons other shopping. We are also located right across from the MAX which makes transportation a breeze if you rely on trimet like we mostly do.

I have lived at Bristol Woods for almost four years. I love it here. The beautifully landscaped complex is so easy to look at. My apartment looks out to shade trees and a creek. It is usually very quiet. I am close to pubic transportation and every store or service I could possibly need. The managers and the representatives from the corporate office who occasionally visit treat me like a queen. Rare complaints and maintenance needs are met within a day of notification. I am so glad I found this place. I am not sure where I could go that would be better. Georgia
