Honestly, I lived here for 2 years with my wife and kids and it wasn't bad. They were great at fixing appliances and dealing with problems in the apartments. However, there is no parking accept for your one spot. People tend to let their friends or company park in your spot. And you cannot get ahold of management. You have to email them and they'll get back to you. There was a time when an old tree fell on someone's car and instead of trying to be any help management came and just started giving tickets to people not parked in parking spaces. (Showing that they aren't interested in you whatsoever). Lastly my family left our apartment looking amazing, minus a few small holes from hanging curtains and my cat destroyed the screen door. (Which I know isn't expensive) and they kept our entire 1000$ deposit (which was totally fine) but then claimed that we owed them money for "damages". They did not offer proof of damage or receipts for fixing the "damages". I know that my deposit was more than enough to fix anything left behind yet they're still being greedy. Whenever a maintenance person came to my apartment they always mentioned how my place was one of the nicest and cleanest out of them all. Yet the land Lord still wants to squeeze some extra cash out of people. In short, it's cheap-ish and great for a couple with no kids that has one car. Otherwise I wouldn't move here.
