Management and maintenance at the apartment complex has been commendable. The staff is responsive and attentive, addressing concerns promptly. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, often within a day or two. The communal areas are well-kept, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. I'm a local realtor and level 3 security guard . I recently moved into The Cascades apts . I have had zero issues with the apt and the property . I'm in and out late at night and early in the a.m and haven't had any negative experiences . I also have a large dog that seems to be enjoying the new place . My main point of contact has been with the asst manager Drew ,he was awesome and handled everything perfectly . The rest of the staff that I have had interactions with have been great .
