I had a fantastic experience living at Agave at South Congress for a year. The office staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, always friendly and quick to address any questions or concerns. The maintenance team was equally impressive—always prompt, professional, and kept everything in great shape. The community itself is well-maintained, and the location is unbeatable for the price. I highly recommend Agave to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home in Austin. Five stars, no question!

I have lived here a year and have had a great stay thus far. The Staff are very responsive and courteous from my experience with them. The property is well kept with a great pool and community room--the gym is adequate also, not a matchbox. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a convenient location in South Austin.
