We were tenants for 4+ years and were very happy. Our apartment was in good condition (and very quiet), the resident managers were very nice and helpful, and the patio was a great place to hang out. Though the building does not have some amenities that other new complexes have (i.e no gym, no rooftop patio,...), the price, location and reasonable rent increases were great to have.

This is a wonderful apartment. The resident managers are very nice people. It has key card access, underground parking, and is across the street from Safeway, on the 8, 10, 43, and Microsoft Connector routes. Easy access to any part of the city. The outdoor patio with grill is nice for guests although loud noise levels are not tolerated. This is not the place for you if you like to have guests after 10pm or play loud music.
