I loved living at Robert Browning. The space has so much character and the location can’t be beat (especially for the price). I fell in love with the apartment and the building the moment I saw it. Jose is the kindest and best maintenance man I’ve ever had experience with. Jodi is also kind and accommodating. She was always very quick to respond to any concerns or questions I may have had. A great experience overall and I’d highly recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to live in the Plaza area

Loved my two years living here! Jodi and David are excellent managers. Very professional, thoughtful, and attentive. The building was always clean and I felt well taken care of as a tenant. Never had a problem with pests/bugs and if anything went wrong in my unit, they were quick to get it fixed. Good building culture of very kind and courteous tenants, as well. Location is awesome - loved the freedom of walking to grab coffee, food, or shop around. Plus close to Loose Park and so many beautiful KC neighborhoods!
