Nestled in the heart of Tempe, this apartment is strategically located near Arizona State University, providing easy access to cultural events, sports games, and academic activities. Explore the thriving Mill Avenue District, a hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment, all within a short distance. Tempe Town Lake, Arizona Mills Mall, and the Desert Botanical Garden are also nearby. Tempe offers a variety of transportation options including rental cars, public transportation, bicycles, ride-sharing services, taxis, and electric scooters. Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without a refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a fine of $500. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning.
