The building operates a centralized HVAC system; heating runs from October 13 to May 1, and air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. All guests must be registered, and full names and IDs of all guests entering the property are required. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage, but intentional damage, damage from policy violations (like smoking or parties), damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, theft, or unreported damage are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards will incur a $250 charge.
